Inventory Report

  • A comprehensive inspection of the property and its furnishings including item description, its condition and photographic evidence.

  • Inventory report made available online immediately after completion along with 360° tour of the property

  • Inventory report sent to your email mailbox and is downloadable in PDF format.

Inventory & Check in

  • All the features of our Inventory report followed by our Check In service which aims to reduce and resolve disputes regarding the tenant’s deposit and the condition of the property prior to the tenancy.
  • Handover of keys to the tenant and explanation of the inventory report along with an opportunity for the tenant to challenge or raise any concerns with our inventory clerk

  • The Tenant, Landlord/Agent and our inventory clerk all sign the report to create a legally binding document.

Mid- Term Tenancy Inspection Report

Mid term inspection reports provide reassurance for Landlords that the property is being kept in good condition. Its purposes are to detect potential breaches of tenancy and negligence in regards to the condition of the property such as.

  1. Smoking
  2. Maintenance issues
  3. Structural damage
  4. Pets
  5. Illegal activity.

Tenants can also use this service to document the repairs, which are needed in the property and to evidence that they are fulfilling their duties in regards to the tenancy agreement. This can help avoid deductions from the deposit for damages which occur under wear & tear and due to external factors outside of your control.

Virtual Tour

All of our virtual tours are interactive with a ‘walk-through’ feature that is designed to empower clients in navigating through a property seamlessly. This product can be uploaded to all property platforms including ‘Rightmove’, ‘Zoopla’ and ‘On The Market’.

We support customisable branding and can embed your company logo within the virtual tour – absolutely free of charge. This tool can also be integrated within social media and provides mobile accessibility to view the entirety of the property.
